Job summary

TDK Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced supervisor to lead and coach manufacturing teams in a fast-paced electronics setting. You will drive lean initiatives, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely decisions while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires at least 5 years in supervisory production, with a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering. SAP/MES exposure is preferred, and Bahasa Melayu/English communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in electronics manufacturing.
