Job summary

ERMS Berhad seeks a bartender for REN Wellness Retreat, Malaysia, to craft cocktails and mocktails with flair and guest-focused service. You will support opening/closing duties, engage guests, and suggest drinks based on preferences while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Applicants should have at least 1–2 years of bartending experience, a minimum SPM, and strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and presentations. Shift work including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with F&B experience.
• 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques and drink presentations.
• Good understanding of responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to quality and presentation standards.
• Support daily bar operations including opening and closing duties.
• Provide friendly and attentive service while engaging with guests.
• Recommend beverages and provide personalized suggestions based on guests’ preferences.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring guest and team member well-being.
