Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in machinery or CNC servicing, with leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines or industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Plan and coordinate machine installation, maintenance, repair, and breakdown services.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle service schedules, warranty claims, and spare parts availability.
• Provide technical support to the service team and customers.
