Job summary

Hirehub Group is partnering with a global plastics machinery leader to hire a CNC installation and service specialist for on-site work in Puncak Alam, Selangor.

You will install, align, and commission CNC machines, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues, provide on-site training, and support after-sales activities.

The role requires 3–5 years’ CNC experience, a Diploma or higher in engineering, willingness to travel, and strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CNC machine installation or service.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems.
• Willing to travel for business trips.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines.
• Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period.
• Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories.
• Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
• Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
• Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.
