Job summary

Numac Machinery Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of industrial machinery in Malaysia, seeks an experienced Service Manager/Engineer to lead a team of service engineers and technicians. You will plan installations, maintenance, repairs, and breakdown services, ensuring top‑notch after‑sales support.

With 3–5 years in machinery servicing and leadership, you will coordinate schedules, manage warranty claims and spare parts, support customers and principals, and drive continuous improvement in service

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in machinery or CNC machine servicing with leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines or industrial machinery.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering quality service.
• Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin to interact with principals and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Plan and coordinate machine installation, maintenance, repair, and breakdown services.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage service schedules, warranty claims, and spare parts availability.
• Provide technical support to the service team and customers.
• Handle customer technical issues and complaints.
• Monitor service jobs and service reports.
• Support the Service Director in daily service operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and overseas principals.
