Key responsibilities

Assist in managing and coordinating Service Engineers and Technicians

Plan and coordinate machine installation, maintenance, repair, and breakdown services

Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction

Manage service schedules, warranty claims, and spare parts availability

Provide technical support to the service team and customers.

Handle customer technical issues and complaints

Monitor service jobs and service reports

Support the Service Director in daily service operations

Drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and safety

Work closely with customers, suppliers, and overseas principals

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field

3- 5 years' experience in machinery or CNC machine servicing, with leadership experience

Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines or industrial machinery

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering quality service

Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to interact with principals and suppliers in China and Taiwan).
