Job summary

Sysmac Integration Technologies Sdn Bhd in Batam is seeking a CNC Programmer to set up and modify programs for process improvements. You will check materials and tooling requirements and analyze speeds and cutting tools to optimize performance.

This role requires more than 3 years of CNC mill experience, proficiency with Master CAM (X6), the ability to read drawings with GD&T, and knowledge of tooling criteria and material specs.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years’ experience in setting up and operating CNC Mill.
• Experience in Master CAM for Master CAM Version X6.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of tooling criteria, machining applications and process documentation.
• Knowledge of raw material specifications.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and organized.
• Able to work in rotating shifts.
• English reading and writing ability.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Technical high school (SMK Mesin Produksi) or relevant.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

More than 3 years’ experience in setting up and operating CNC Mill.

Experience in Master CAM program, at least for Master CAM Version X6.

Strong in read and interprets technical drawings and knowledge in GD&T.

Understanding of tooling criteria, machining applications and process documentation.

Knowledge and understand raw material specification.

Strong to interpret technical drawings and knowledge in GD&T.

In depth knowledge of machining processes.

Understands further secondary process such as Welding, EDM, Wirecut, surface treatment and powder coating.

Able to work Independent, self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized.

Able to work in rotating shift.

Understandings read and write in English.

Strong in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word).

Technical high school (SMK Mesin Produksi) or relevant.
