Improvage Precision Sdn Bhd in Melaka is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. You will set up and operate CNC and manual machines, ensuring precision in production while inspecting parts with calipers and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and precision in production.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and production teams to improve processes.
