SINTOOL ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled CNC Milling operator to join our manufacturing team in Shah Alam. You will operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision components meeting client specs.

Qualifications

Experience operating CNC milling machines in manufacturing/engineering settings.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD specifications.
Proficiency with precision measurement tools and QC procedures.
Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools and materials used in precision engineering.
Attention to detail and commitment to safe workshop practices.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components per drawings and specs.
Set up machines with tools, fixtures and workpieces.
Monitor operations for accuracy and quality; adjust parameters as needed.
Perform routine CNC maintenance including cleaning and lubrication.
Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers and gauges.
Read blueprints and specifications accurately and document production data.
Maintain safe, clean workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
