Job summary

Micron Concept Aerostructures Sdn Bhd is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC milling and turning equipment. You will perform deburring, machining, and inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

The role requires accurate documentation in the ERP system and adherence to WI, SOPs, and 5S standards. The ideal candidate has 1 year of CNC machining experience or fresh graduates with relevant technical backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in mechanical manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC milling or CNC turning is preferred.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and CNC lathe machines per work instructions.
• Carry out production runs, deburring and machining in specified sequences.
• Perform in-process, first-piece and last-piece inspections for quality.
• Record production data and use ERP system for documentation.
• Maintain tools, fixtures, and machine maintenance; ensure safety and 5S standards.
• Support process improvements with Engineering/Quality teams and assist night shift when required.
