Job summary

This full-time role emphasizes leadership, process improvement and cost reduction across the manufacturing facility.

You will manage machine setup, calibration and maintenance while mentoring the team to elevate technical skills and performance in a highly precision-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in CNC milling with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling machines and programming.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Solid quality control understanding and tolerance requirements.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and scheduling software.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Mastercam experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC milling operations to maintain productivity and on-time schedules.
• Oversee setup, calibration, and maintenance for precision and reliability.
• Implement and monitor quality control to meet standards and tolerances.
• Plan and schedule CNC milling jobs to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor team to improve skills and competencies.
• Identify process improvements and recommend modifications to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory of materials, tools and supplies for CNC milling operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to align production needs.
• Maintain records of production, machine performance and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
