Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: SKM Level 3 or Diploma with 1-2 years of experience.
• Technical: Read complex technical drawings and independently set up 3-axis machines.
• Software: Use CAM software for standard toolpath modeling and basic fixture design.
• Quality: Execute First Article inspections and adjust machine settings to maintain high-quality output for repetitive jobs.
• Requirement: Diploma or SKM Level 3/4 with 3+ years of experience.
• Optimization: Analyze and adjust cutting paths to reduce cycle time and maximize tool life.
• Compliance: Take primary ownership of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
• Troubleshooting: Solve complex machining errors, such as chatter/vibration and surface finish issues.
