Job summary

Engrich Solutions Sdn Bhd is a Penang-based engineering and manufacturing company delivering precision components through CNC machining services. The role focuses on programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to meet exact specifications and quality requirements.

You will work closely with engineering and design teams to optimize processes, perform quality checks, and implement improvements in a safety-conscious environment that values craftsmanship and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as CNC Machinist and Programmer.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality control procedures.
• Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and CMM.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Programme CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and G-code.
• Operate mills, lathes and multi-axis centres safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines, install cutting tools and configure workholding.
• Perform quality inspections on finished components.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Optimise cutting parameters to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain detailed production records and machine performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams on technical challenges.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
