Job summary

Stratus Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a CNC Milling Operator in Penang to set up and run machines that manufacture precision components. You will read and interpret engineering drawings, set up tooling, and program 2–5 axis mills to meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Machining, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in CNC milling or precision machining preferred.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Familiar with CNC programming and machining codes such as G-code and M-code.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision mechanical components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining instructions.
• Perform machine setup, including workpiece alignment, fixture installation, tool setting, and work offset adjustment.
