The role requires 2+ years CNC experience, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with metrology tools. A rotating night shift is included, with a 5-day week and benefits such as medical, dental, insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of CNC experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings and follow process instructions.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and metrology to verify mechanical dimensions.
• Must be able to work on a rotating night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machined parts meet required specifications and standards.
• Operate and set up CNC milling machines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other machinists on the team.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously, determining when tool changes are necessary.
• Consistently meet or exceed defined productivity levels across all products.
• Take responsibility for the manufacturing schedule and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
