Job summary

ACE Partners Manufacturing (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a skilled CNC operator who can operate, set up and program CNC machines (auto-lathe, milling, grinding, drilling) to produce precision parts from engineering drawings. Prepare tools, jigs and fixtures, interpret drawings accurately, inspect parts with calipers and gauges, and perform routine machine maintenance to prevent downtime.

Collaborate with engineering to improve tooling and processes, log data, and follow ISO 9001, IATF 16949

Job description

Operate, Set Up & Program CNC machines (auto-lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, etc.) to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.

Prepare tools, jigs, and fixtures efficiently to meet production schedules and quality targets.

Interpret and understand technical drawings and machining instructions with high accuracy.

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.

Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to maintain peak performance and prevent downtime.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize scrap, rework, and delays.

Record production data, time tracking, and process parameters accurately in machining logs.

Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve tooling, setup, and process efficiency.

Adhere strictly to safety and environmental standards, wearing proper PPE and maintaining a clean work area.

Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems by following procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
