Formación

• Diploma in Engineering Technology (CNC Precision Technology) required or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, workholding and turning operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers and digital measuring devices.
• Ability to set up machines independently and adjust to achieve specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to drawings.
• Set up CNC lathe equipment including tool changes and workholding.
• Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments for quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC lathe equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections and measurements of machined components.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate to maintenance when needed.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
