Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and create blueprints and schematics.
• Basic reading, writing and some advanced arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces; adheres to company standards.
• Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; troubleshooting processes.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting actions and needs.
