Job summary

Hasil Karya Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our after-sales service team. Support industrial CNC, laser cutting, and waterjet machines with hands-on technical work.

No extensive experience required; fresh graduates with a technical background are welcome. We provide structured training and hands-on exposure, with probation at our Kuala Lumpur HQ before relocating to Penang.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with dismantling/assembling parts.
• Basic understanding of electrical components such as limit switches, contactors, relays and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission CNC, laser cutting and waterjet machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and machine-related problems.
• Perform machine maintenance and preventive servicing.
• Repair, replace and adjust machine components.
• Dismantle and assemble mechanical parts when required.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Conduct machine inspections and diagnose faults.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, servicing and breakdown support.
