Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a Technician II to support reliable manufacturing by maintaining CNC machines, swarf compactors, centrifuges, and related equipment. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and assisting with TPM activities to keep production efficient and safe.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical/Technical Machining or equivalent, with 2–5 years of CNC/Machining experience.

Qualifications

• Familiar with CNC manufacturing processes and maintenance.
• Experience with CNC milling and turning machines.
• Diploma or higher in mechanical/technical machining or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC and related equipment in machining areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of machines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and tool inventories.
• Assist with equipment commissioning and TPM activities.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and safety procedures.
