Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and apply production instructions, drawings and specifications.
• GD&T interpretation and application in daily work.
• Mechanical measurement techniques and equipment handling.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and Optical Comparator.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and MS Office familiarity.
• Read and interpret standards and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling & turning machines to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Test-run CNC machines for next work order.
• Replace cutting tools with proper tool length setting.
• Daily maintenance of CNC machines and adherence to procedures.
• Self-inspection after CNC processing.
• Set up and maintain jigs and fixtures.
• Load/unload workpieces per Work Instruction.
• Follow CNC manufacturing schedule.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
