Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced CNC maintenance technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines across our clients’ facilities in Malaysia. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues and perform precision calibrations to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Experience in CNC machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
Ability to perform CNC precision calibration and accuracy adjustments.
Knowledge of CNC mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
Familiarity with CNC controllers is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines and related equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues.
Conduct machine calibration, precision adjustments, and accuracy testing.
Inspect and adjust machine components to ensure equipment reliability.
Carry out preventive maintenance, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.
