CMMS Maintenance Planner & KPI Coordinator

Job summary

Port of Tanjung Pelepas is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance across all equipment using CMMS, coordinating material, labor and supporting equipment to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include establishing a master maintenance plan, issuing work requests, handing over packages to the Maintenance Department, and coordinating with Operations, Inventory and Procurement; also preparing weekly and monthly KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a similar planning capacity.
• Interpersonal skill: ability to communicate with various departments and levels.
• Analytical: ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Ability to comply with regulations and SOPs.
• Initiative: self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write and speak in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS.
• Plan and schedule work including materials, labor and equipment.
• Establish a master maintenance plan for all equipment.
• Review and revise daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Create maintenance work requests and hand over to Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams on equipment and plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports.
