Job summary

Amazon Web Services Malaysia SDN. BHD. seeks a Solution Architect to help customers and partners solve complex technical problems using cloud and AI technologies. You will own technical support across implementation projects, deepening AWS expertise and advising on architectures and integration patterns.

You will collaborate with the SMGS team to drive adoption, enable successful deployments, and share best practices across engagements while growing your own leadership and cloud skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Helping to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform.
• Suggest the scope of customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
• Support each engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value.
• Capture and share best‑practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community.
• Understand the AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
• Understand and exploit the use of internal Amazon systems.
