Job summary

BASS Software Limited is seeking a SaaS Ops Manager to oversee customer cloud hosting environments and internal IT systems in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes security, governance, and collaboration with development teams to deploy cloud solutions.

Ideal candidates have a strong IT management background, certifications or equivalent experience, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage SLAs within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
• MCSE, CCNA and ITIL v3 certifications preferred; cloud certs (AWS/Azure) a plus.
• 10+ years IT team leadership or IT/Cloud Ops management experience.
• Experience with cloud data center security and governance.
• Experience auditing standards (ISAE, SOC, OSPAR) is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
