Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking a Head of Cloud Infra & Network Planning & Operations to lead the development and execution of the company’s network and cloud infrastructure strategy, aligned with IT and business roadmaps.

You will oversee architecture across network, compute, storage, on‑prem and cloud, ensure 24x7 operations, manage DR/BC, resilience testing, and FinOps with cost optimization; collaborate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and vendors to deliver cohesive solutions.

Qualifications

• Define and execute network and cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with IT and business roadmaps.
• Lead infrastructure architecture across network, compute, storage, cloud, and connectivity standards.
• Oversee 24x7 operational support, incident, change, and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the network and cloud infrastructure strategy.
• Oversee capacity planning, demand forecasting, and technology lifecycle management.
• Drive migration and modernization initiatives (on‑prem to cloud, hybrid, multi‑cloud).
• Own infrastructure budgets, forecasting, and FinOps cost optimization.
