Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with cyber security or related majors.
• 2 years of relevant system and network engineering experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Hands-on with Windows and Linux servers and networks (LAN/WAN).
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud environments is an added advantage.
• Proficient in PowerShell and scripting; automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Linux and Windows system environment.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system tools.
• Maintain documentation on IT inventory, procedures, policies and communications.
• Oversee high levels of systems availability in line with company requirements.
• Monitor application performance, identify issues and work with developers to fix them.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Extract data for analysis and decision making; evaluate AI/ML tools.
• Support integration of new technology solutions, including AI-driven ones.
