Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, and shell.
• Hands-on experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON integrations.
• Ability to document changes and communicate with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, install, patch, upgrade, configure, and maintain software and infrastructure solutions.
• Support and administer Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory and Hyper‑V environments.
• Work with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and SaaS applications.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Shell.
• Work with JSON, Web APIs, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Support MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, integration, and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain documentation.
• Follow change management and deployment procedures.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Use Power BI for reporting and data visualization as required.
