Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager/Director, Cloud Infrastructure to lead strategy, architecture, modernization, and operations of enterprise cloud infrastructure across the organization.

This role focuses on cloud infrastructure architecture, secure deployment architectures across development-to-production, and governance with IaC standards using Terraform and CloudFormation. The candidate will guide a high-performing team in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud infrastructure or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading cloud infrastructure teams in a managerial capacity.
• Proven ability to mentor high-performing technical teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and multi-cloud environments.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of cloud infrastructure across AWS and OCI.
• Architect secure, highly available enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Define infrastructure standards and reference architectures.
• Design scalable deployment architectures for dev/test/prod.
• Establish IaC standards using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Drive modernization, optimization, and technology adoption.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and operational resilience.
• Design cloud security architectures and governance.
