• Minimum 5 years in Infrastructure, Cloud or Systems roles.
• Strong Azure and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on virtualization with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Solid AD, DNS, DHCP and identity services understanding.
• Good enterprise networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi‑Fi).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

About The Role As an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing company's global infrastructure services across cloud and on-premises environments. You will support enterprise platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, backup systems, endpoint infrastructure, and datacenter services. The role includes both operational support and project delivery responsibilities and requires close collaboration with global IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers. You will play an important role in driving infrastructure modernization, security improvements, automation initiatives, and cloud adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure services and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Maintain Windows Server environments across global locations.
• Manage virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI.
• Support datacenter, co-location, and cloud platforms to ensure high availability.

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Perform proactive monitoring of global infrastructure services.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and recurring problems.
• Act as Level 3 support for server, cloud, storage, backup, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Manage Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.
• Monitor backup success rates, perform restore testing, and recovery validation.
• Support cloud backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure backup and retention policies comply with business and regulatory requirements.

Identity & Security Management

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Support security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
• Implement infrastructure security controls.
• Participate in audit and compliance activities.
• Respond to infrastructure and security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation measures.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Support Azure Arc, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure management tools.
• Drive operational efficiency through standardization and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and infrastructure optimization.

Global Projects & Transformation

• Participate in global infrastructure transformation projects.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and business integration activities.
• Assist in server refresh, cloud migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Work closely with vendors, consultants, and managed service providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Virtualization such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print Servers, and identity services.
• Good understanding of enterprise networking including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITIL service management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
