Job summary

POLIKLINIK MAYA 24 JAM in Shah Alam is seeking a Clinic Medical Assistant / Staff Nurse for rotational shifts. You will provide clinical support, perform phlebotomy and wound care, and assist doctors during minor procedures while administering medications and nebulizers under supervision.

You will also manage appointments, registrations, and digital records, ensure clean, stocked treatment rooms, and monitor stock levels.

Qualifications

• Clinical support and nursing care for outpatients.

• Monitor medical supplies and stock levels.
• Work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical support and nursing care to outpatient cases.
• Perform clinical procedures including checking vital signs, blood withdrawal, wound dressing, and assisting doctors during minor treatments.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and nebulizers accurately under supervision.
• Manage daily clinic operations and patient flow, including scheduling appointments, handling registrations, and updating digital medical records.
• Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas are prepared, clean, well-stocked, and equipment sterilized.
• Handle clinic inventory and emergency medication stocks, alerting management when reordering is needed.
• Commit to rotational shift schedule (including weekends and public holidays) to maintain operations.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English to assist diverse walk-in patients.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
