Job summary

You will measure vital signs, assist during examinations, manage appointments and billing, dispense prescribed medications with clear guidance, monitor stock levels, and ensure clean, sterilized treatment rooms in line with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Clinical support: Measure patient vital signs, assist doctors during examinations/procedures, and perform basic care (wound dressing, blood taking, ECG).
• Patient & Administrative Work: Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and manage billing and panel/insurance claims.
• Dispensary & inventory: Dispense prescribed medications with clear dosage guidance and monitor stock levels for medicines and clinical supplies.
• Clinic Maintenance: Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sterilise equipment, and safely dispose of biohazard waste according to clinic SOPs.
