Job summary

Integra Healthcare Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our Damansara Heights team. You will schedule patient appointments, manage cancellations, and update medical records, while maintaining a clean and safe clinical space.

You will assist with clinical duties, record patient vitals, and support collaboration with our healthcare professionals. This is a shift-based role with morning, evening, and night rotations and provided shift allowances.

Qualifications

• Must possess SPM certificate or Certificate in Healthcare Assistant.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year working experience.
• Willing to work on 3 shifts (Morning/Evening/Night) with shift allowances.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage cancellations and record updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary needs of space.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Record patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, and weight.
• Assist with clinical duties.
• Check and order inventory supplies; maintain office equipment and replacement supplies as needed.
• Work as a vital part of a team of medical professionals.
