Responsibilities

• Patient Reception & Care: Greet and assist patients, handle registration, and provide professional and courteous support throughout their visit.
• Appointment & Clinic Coordination: Schedule appointments, send reminders, and ensure the clinic's appointment system is updated accurately.
• Clinical Support: Perform basic eye assessments and diagnostic tests according to established procedures and doctors' instructions.
• Doctor & Procedure Assistance: Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures in the consultation and treatment rooms.
• Medication & Patient Support: Assist with patient preparation, explain procedures where appropriate, and dispense medications according to doctors' prescriptions and centre protocols.
• Operating Theatre Support: Assist with preparation of the Operating Theatre, equipment, and instruments, including sterilisation procedures.
• Clinic Operations: Answer telephone enquiries, assist with general administrative tasks, and monitor clinic supplies and inventory.
• Cashiering & Billing: Handle cashiering, billing, and daily sales transactions accurately.

Your Responsibilities

Patient Reception & Care
