KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a clinic administration professional to streamline patient registration, appointment systems, and documentation. The role requires coordinating with insurers and ensuring patient-visit compliance with company policies.
The candidate will maintain clinic operations, support doctors, and participate in quality initiatives, while upholding KPJ values and safety standards.
Ensure registration is made accordingly (patient demographic, preparation of forms and mandatory open a file for new patient).
Ensure compliance to the termed Vision and Mission statements, goals, objectives and values of the Company.
Ensure maintaining the smooth flows of the clinic and apply the best clinic management at all time (inclusive of appointment systems, tidiness and other requirement). Attend to the needs of their customers and consultant. For new patient, explanation is highly needed.
Clearly explain to patient all rules and requirement before and after treatment inclusive of charges.
All patient with guarantee letter, insurance or Manage Care Organization (MCO) should be coordinated strictly before execute treatment whenever necessary.
Courtesy, efficiency and attentive must be maintained professionally at all time.
Have basic knowledge on non-clinical procedure.
Should be familiar with the clinic hours of other doctors/consultants and ensure that the list of doctor on-call is available.
Must be able to cover clinic and other task if necessary. Ensure all cases are charged and keyed-in respectively.
Ensure all activities in managing the clinic are properly & professionally documented.
Further instruction by the Top Management of RSH or KPJ as a whole.
Ensure to actively participate in all quality initiatives and activities by the Company.
Ensure adhere to The KPJ Way/ Standard People Practice (SPP).
Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001, ISO 1401, OHSAS 18001 and MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standard are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented.
Participate in 5S activities and comply with the specified requirements.
Ensure adhere to The KPJ Way/ Standard People Practice (SPP).
Ensure the policies on patients and family’s rights are addressed at all times.
Ensure compliance to Patient safety goals as safety improvement measures recommended by World Alliance for Patient Safety (2008).
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
To carried out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994:
Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 37001 Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS) are adhered to and responsible for integrity principles, practices, and activities at hospitals & companies if and when these programs are implemented.
2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hospital, the brand and the Company.
Ability to identify market segments, niches and potential markets.
Willingness to do work after office hours/weekends/public holidays when required.
Microsoft office literacy.
Able to work well on multiple projects & meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibility and reliability to take charge of certain projects independently. Willing to travel.
Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
Prepared to work as a team member in the manner the best.
