Currently, we are seeking a Clinic Operation Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services.
Lead, supervise, and develop clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, and administrative personnel.
Monitor clinic performance by tracking operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, appointment flow, and service quality.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinic SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, infection control standards, and workplace safety policies.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, and resource allocation to ensure adequate daily coverage.
Monitor inventory levels of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective stock management.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to maintain high patient satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with doctors and department heads to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.
Prepare operational reports, analyze clinic performance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage clinic budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff training to build a high-performing healthcare team.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a clinic, medical center, hospital, or healthcare environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of clinic operations, patient service, and healthcare administration.
Familiarity with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
Experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and operational planning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management or electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Able to work independently in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.
Knowledge of quality assurance, accreditation standards, and risk management.
Experience with panel management, insurance claims, and third‑party administrators (TPAs).
Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
Possession of a valid driving licence and access to personal transportation is an added advantage.
