Ohana Specialist Hospital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Clinic Operation Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, lead staff, and drive service quality. You will monitor KPIs, streamline workflows, ensure MOH compliance, and manage budgets and resources to deliver patient-centered care.

Your role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and extensive experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork across multi-disciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with MOH regulations and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services.
• Lead, supervise, and develop clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, and administrative personnel.
• Monitor clinic performance by tracking operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, appointment flow, and service quality.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinic SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, licensing requirements, infection control standards, and workplace safety policies.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, and resource allocation to ensure adequate daily coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective stock management.
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and department heads to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze clinic performance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage clinic budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff training to build a high-performing healthcare team.
