Job summary

Qualifications

• A proven closer with persuasive skills and ability to ask for the business.
• Consultative selling approach with discovery conversations.
• Confident presenting to clinic owners and doctors.
• Strong follow-through on onboarding details.
• Willing to travel locally for events and clinic visits.

Responsibilities

• Work inbound and assigned leads, nurture them, and close hot leads into recurring revenue.
• Guide new clinics through onboarding, clearing roadblocks so they reach smooth daily use.
• Build new pipeline through events, exhibitions, industry contacts and face-to-face meetings.
• Carry customer feedback back to the product team so the roadmap reflects what clinics actually need.
• Keep CRM records and pipeline stages accurate.
