Job summary

Promed Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Clinic Assistant in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience and a qualification of at least SPM/O Level or a Diploma.

You will register patients, verify details, manage the queue, and assist in dispensing medications following clinic protocols. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Clinic assistant / Medical Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, verify details, and manage the queue system
• Submit Third-Party Administrator (TPA) claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medication in accordance with clinic protocols
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and medications
• Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic clinical environment in line with healthcare standards.
