You will handle patient registration, appointments and enquiries; assist doctors during consultations and procedures; prepare and dispense medication under supervision; process payments and maintain accurate records; monitor medication and supply stock; ensure cleanliness and hygiene of reception and treatment areas; and support daily clinic

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, appointments and enquiries professionally.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations and procedures as instructed.
• Prepare and dispense medication under the doctor’s supervision.
• Process payments, issue receipts and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor medication and medical supply stock levels, including expiry dates.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area, consultation rooms and equipment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic procedures.
• Support daily clinic operations and work closely with the team.
