Greeting and registering patients, and managing patient records and appointments

Assisting clinicians with medical procedures and examinations

Maintaining a clean and organised clinical environment

Ordering and stocking medical supplies and equipment

Handling telephone inquiries and providing general information to patients

Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Adhering to all relevant medical regulations, policies and procedures
