One Spine Chiropractic & Physiotherapy in TTDI, KL, is seeking a Clinic Assistant to welcome patients, manage walk-ins and calls, and handle appointments with accuracy. You will support billing, patient records, and basic administration while contributing to a friendly clinic atmosphere.

Offering basic salary RM2,500–RM3,500 based on experience, plus EPF/SOCSO/EIS, annual and medical leave, and staff treatment benefits.

Qualificações

• SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.
• Customer service or front desk experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication in English and Malay; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus to serve our patients
• Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp and booking systems
• Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays

Responsabilidades

• Register new patients and keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Handle payments, issue receipts and close the daily cash count
• Explain treatment packages and promotions to patients
• Follow up with patients on missed or upcoming appointments
• Keep the reception and treatment areas clean and well-stocked
• Support the clinical team with basic admin tasks as needed

One Spine Chiropractic & Physiotherapy is a busy clinic in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail (TTDI), KL. Our chiropractors and physiotherapists help patients recover from back pain, neck pain, sports injuries and posture problems. We're looking for a friendly, organised Clinic Assistant to be the first face patients see when they walk in.

What You'll Do:

Welcome patients and handle walk-ins, calls and WhatsApp enquiries

Manage appointment bookings and daily schedules in our clinic system

Register new patients and keep patient records accurate and up to date

Handle payments, issue receipts and close the daily cash count

Explain treatment packages and promotions to patients

Follow up with patients on missed or upcoming appointments

Keep the reception and treatment areas clean and well-stocked

Support the clinical team with basic admin tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

SPM / Diploma, or equivalent

Warm, patient and calm when the clinic gets busy

Working Hours:

5 working days per week, weekends are compulsory working days

Weekdays: 9:30am - 8:00pm
