Job summary

Ma Kuang Chinese Medicine & Research Ctr Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a Clinic Assistant to provide friendly frontline service in a busy clinic. You will support reception duties, handle patient inquiries and help with daily operations in Bukit Indah, Sutera or Tebrau.

The role includes scheduling appointments, processing invoices, dispensing basic medications, maintaining stock, housekeeping, and assisting with opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Pleasant personality, cooperative and able to work with others.
• Be open to learning new things.
• Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude.
