Job summary

Poliklinik Ayrish is seeking a clinic assistant to support patient registration, dispense medications, and assist with basic procedures in a busy clinic environment.

The role requires SPM or Diploma with good communication and a friendly attitude, plus willingness to work shifts and holidays. Training provided for those with little or no experience in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in related field.
• Prior experience in a medical clinic is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and a caring and pleasant personality.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Register patient and dispense medication.
• Perform procedure such as ECG, nebulizer and etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the clinic environment.
• Manage medication and medical supply inventory and restocking.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the doctor or clinic manager.
