Job summary

Pulai Springs Resort in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The role involves assisting doctors and clinic staff with general patient care and handling routine clinical duties.

You will contribute to maintaining accurate patient records, perform administrative tasks, and support the department as needed. The position requires flexibility with shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in clinic or hospital settings as a Clinic Assistant is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and medical terminology is an advantage
• Good communication skills and professional attitude
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and clinic in serving and providing patient care for all clinical general duties as assigned.
