Klinik Hannah in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for Clinic Assistant/Medical Assistant/Staff Nurse (urgent intake). You will provide medical assistance, assist the Medical Officer, manage patient data and dispensation, and support clinic operations in a busy environment.

The role offers a gross salary of RM 2,200 to RM 3,000 per month, with KPI-based bonuses, annual bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical cover, uniform, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Assistant or Nursing preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage patient details with soft skills.
• Register and record patient details, appointments and medication dispensation.
• Manage equipment, stock, forms, medical records and payments.
• Assist the Medical Officer and perform medical procedures as directed.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and comply with SOPs.
• Handle calls, messages, emails, WhatsApp and social media inquiries.
• Attend training and participate in sales/marketing activities.
• Participate in clinic meetings and training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia

Candidates with diploma in Medical Assistant/ Nursing will be at advantage (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)

Able to work in shift systems and overtime (OT)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues

A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet patients warmly and maintaining good soft skills with patient

Register, manage and record patient details, appointment and medication dispensation.

Carry out or assist in managing equipment, medication stock, forms, medical record and patient payment records.

Assist the Medical Officer and be capable of performing medical procedures.

Ensure the clinic environment is in good condition and perform scheduled cleaning tasks.

Answer phone calls, messages, emails, WhatsApp, and messages on all social media platforms from patients.

Attend and actively participate in training and education provided at the clinic and company levels.

Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote the clinic.

To assure compliance with SOP, regulations and medical protocols.

Participate in sales and marketing in the company, eg: video recording, content creating and health promotion

Participate in clinic meetings and training sessions
