Job summary

POLIKLINIK DAN SURGERI SEMARAK is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our team in Penang. The role involves patient registration, dispensing medications, handling payments, and coordinating appointments. You will assist doctors during procedures and perform clinic administrative tasks.

• At least 1 year of experience in medical field or clinical practice; training provided for new hires.

At least with one (1) year experience in medical field or clinical practice function will be an added advantage Fresh grad are encourage to apply. Training will be provided

Job Requirement:

• Able to work in shifts , night shift (allowance) , Able to work in Port Klang and Pulau Indah
• Patient registration, medicine dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up
• Assist doctor in procedures
• Clinic administrative work
• Attend to patient’s inquiries and answering incoming calls
• Manage patients’ registrations and schedule patients’ appointments
• Simple account and billing matters
• Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
