Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks a client servicing professional to manage a portfolio across fund distribution, custody, and related services for institutional clients in Europe. The role emphasizes Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency, stakeholder coordination, and delivering high-quality service.

Working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm Malaysia time, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Experience in client servicing or fund distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with market and providers.
• Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across fund distribution servicing spectrum.
• Provide high-quality investor and distributor experience, handling fund info, trades, subscriptions/redemptions, and day-to-day servicing.
• Coordinate with local and global operational teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee service delivery to clients and drive service quality improvements.
• Proactively service a portfolio across product base and support client retention.

What will you do?

• Point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with the market and other providers.
• Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across the fund distribution servicing spectrum, including Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, Cash and FX-related enquiries.
• Provide high-quality investor and distributor experience, managing and resolving enquiries relating to fund information, business rules, trade processing, subscriptions/redemptions, cash movements, reconciliations, stock transfers, contract notes, statements and other day-to-day servicing matters.
• Coordinate with relevant local and global operational teams and stakeholders, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Custody and other service providers, to investigate issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Govern overall service delivery to clients, drive improvement of service quality.
• Perform proactive service for a designated portfolio of client relationships across product base.
• Fostering a client centric mindset throughout the teams.
• Document opportunities, prioritize and lead enhancements to Client Experience, thereby support client retention objectives.
