Job summary

Radii Global in Malaysia is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will handle incoming calls, assist customers with questions and complaints, and provide accurate information and solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English are required, with encouragement for Mandarin/Cantonese speakers. Fresh graduates are welcome. Shift arrangements vary by project and language; immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with a passing result.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speakers are encouraged to apply.
• Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
