Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support client and account relationship management across multiple stakeholders.
• Act as first point of contact for client issues, driving resolution and escalation.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Coordinate delivery performance and reporting across account teams.
• Contribute to account growth activities including opportunity identification.
• Develop capability in sales and client management under guidance.
